Hey there! I told you I would bring you an update each week on a new development in Middle TN.
Today we're at Hidden River Estates. This is right off Cason Lane and Highway 99, and the I-24 intersection is over here to my left.

Behind me, you can see there's a lot of new construction.
These will be primarily townhomes with some estate lots on the backside. There is a lot of work still to do but they are making good progress.
This development will have two amenity locations. One on the Northside, which is at the end, and one on the Southside. Kind of over there where you see culverts stacked up behind me. They plan to have swimming pools (both sides), games like shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball courts, cabanas, a clubhouse, and tennis courts (I think those will be on the Northside). Also, on the Northside is planning for a coffee and pastry shop. So, you can walk to the coffee shop and have coffee and pastries right inside your neighborhood without leaving.
Over to my left is Parkside. All single-family homes. Buyers interested in buying these homes can call for more information. In neighborhoods where there is more than one builder, sometimes they have different rules depending on which lot/house. If you like the neighborhood and a specific floorplan, we can find out what lot that floorplan is going on. Some have a waiting list already, and some do not yet.
One perk here is that Parkside owners can elect to join the Hidden River Estates amenities with a small HOA fee. This can be paid to be part of those amenities as well.
Another good thing, straight down here in front of me, is access to the Cason Trailhead for The Greenway. Both neighborhoods, Hidden River and Parkside, have access to the greenway (and dog park) to take you up and down.
