JULY WAS A VERY GOOD MONTH FOR HOME SALES!
We added more detail on each County since Davidson seems to not be in line with the others right now.
Looks like Davidson home sales may have been affected more by Covid issues than the others. It also looks like
Davidson has turned the corner with Pendings increasing, but still lagging behind the others when you look at percentage
increases. Prices continue to increase as expected, but I’m not sure we expected a 9.5% increase. Overall, homes sales
were strong for July and it looks like this August/September will be very busy with the large increase of Pendings.
