i bought a property today that Jason Fraker was listing and all i can say is stay FAR AWAY from anything listed by Jason Fraker and his team. I had my own realtor and i was hoping my first time buying a home was going to run pretty smoothly. Unfortunately for me, i had to argue with Jason and his sellers on multiple things. Last minute changes were trying to be made and i was unable to accommodate. Instead of the agent and sellers being understanding, i was met with anger, retaliation, and the most unorganized situation i would never want another home buyer to go through. All arrangements i had made for the property were completely disregarded by him and his team. Ultimately, his practices are shady and childish.

We have used Jason as our real estate agent for both sides of the real estate transaction. Jason sold our home in 2017 and most recently he was our agent for our new construction home. I have to say that Jason and his team was always on top of every challenge that came up. All of our new construction concerns were promptly addressed and settled to our satisfaction.
